Foreshore Sunset Retreat is a charming family friendly holiday home set high above the beach with uninterrupted water views.

This older style home has been beautifully refurbished inside to ensure your stay will be a comfortable one.

The large open plan living area is located at the front of the home and spans its entire width, with floor to ceiling windows providing delightful water views. This space features two sitting areas, a 43 inch Smart TV, mini table tennis table, dart board, some board games, a cosy wood heater (some wood provided to get you started) and a dining table that seats 6.

The kitchen is fully appointed with a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and ample cookware, crockery and cutlery. The kitchen flows through to a sunroom and a wide hallway with a work desk.

Foreshore Sunset Retreat has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

A laundry area is located in the rear hallway and includes a front load washing machine with a wash trough.

Please note that this home is on tank water which is safe to drink, however guests may wish to bring their own drinking water if they have concerns.

Enjoy the best of outdoor coastal living at this beach home. There is a wide decked verandah at the front, complete with a gas BBQ, 4 seat dining table and outdoor lounge setting. From the verandah, enjoy stunning 180 degree water views over Western Port to French Island as well as spectacular sunsets. The backyard is enormous and fully fenced, with plenty of space for kids to play or for ball games.

The long driveway provides parking for up to 4 vehicles including a boat. The garage and shed are not available for guest use.

Foreshore Sunset Retreat is located in the small waterfront community of Jam Jerrup, just off the highway that links Melbourne with Phillip Island. It is a 10 minute drive to both Grantville and Lang Lang where there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
