This bright and stylish townhouse is located just 300 metres from the north facing golden beach of Lovers Walk and a 500 metre stroll from the many shops, restaurants and cafes along The Esplanade and Thompson Avenue.
The two storey townhouse is immaculately presented with all modern fixtures and fittings. There is a comfortable lounge with leather seater couches, two bean bags, smart TV, Apple TV, Netflix and DVD player. The dining area has a large 8 seat table and the fully-equipped kitchen features a Espressotoria Capino coffee machine, microwave and quality Smeg appliances including an electric oven, cooktop and dishwasher.
There are 3 bedrooms, all located upstairs, sleeping up to 9 people. It is ideal for three couples, two families or a small group holidaying together.

There are two bathrooms. Downstairs is a shower and toilet, while the ensuite upstairs has a toilet, deep bath and shower enclosure. The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
The downstairs living area has split-system air-conditioning while each bedroom has a ceiling fan.
Outside is an upstairs deck, which is directly accessible from the main bedroom. At the rear of the townhouse is a decked area and lovely landscaped area with an outdoor setting and gas BBQ.
A single car garage has internal access to the townhouse, and there is parking for an additional vehicle in front of the garage. Guests will find 4 bicycles in the garage which are available for use during their stay.

Please note: guests under the age of 24 must travel with a guest of 24 years of age or older. Guests are required to be 24 years of age or older to stay in this property on their own. Guests not conforming to this policy, unless prior approval is given, will result in denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you fall within this age restriction but would love to stay with us.

Nightly rates from:
$210 to $600
Rates based on 8 guests, twin share. Additional guests $40 per person per night.
$100 booking fee and $150 cleaning fee per stay applies.
Minimum stay from 2 to 5 nights.
A $500 security deposit is deducted from your credit card 10 days prior to arrival and is returned on inspection of the accommodation after departure.
