The spacious living area features a comfortable sofa in front of a large wall-mounted TV. A sliding glass door opens onto a private enclosed patio which is bathed in full sunlight during the day. There is a dining table which seats 4 people and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee maker, gas stove, Bosch oven, dishwasher and an assortment of crockery and utensils.

The Mornington Peninsula beachside town of McCrae is located between Dromana and Rosebud and is situated at the base of Arthurs Seat, where the bush meets the sea. Walk a couple of minutes to McCrae Plaza where there is a Coles supermarket and several speciality shops. Around a kilometre further along the coast is Rosebud Pier and Rosebud's large commercial centre with its many shops, restaurants and cafes.
