Urban Sea Drift is a stylish unit within in the stunning ID Apartments complex. Located on the boundary of Port Melbourne and Albert Park, the apartment is just a short stroll from the beach.

The open plan living area includes an L-shape modular couch, 42 inch smart LED TV with soundbar, Apple TV, air-conditioning and 6 seat dining table. Wall to ceiling glass windows overlook the private outdoor courtyard and entertaining area which is perfect for those evening BBQs. The fully appointed kitchen features an electric cooktop, Blanco oven, Blanco dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and full size fridge.
The apartment has two bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people.

Urban Sea Drift is set within relaxing Balinese-style gardens and guests enjoy full use of the many on-site facilities. There is a communal heated lap pool, a fully-equipped gymnasium (children not permitted), and an outdoor entertaining area with Weber Q. Secure undercover parking is provided for one car.
Melbourne's CBD is 4 kilometres away, easily accessible via bus or tram. Just over a kilometre from the apartment is Station Pier, where the Spirit of Tasmania ferry docks.
Explore the many surrounding attractions which are all within walking distance. Around the corner is Gasworks Arts Park with its theatres, gallery spaces, cafe, playground, jogging tracks and monthly farmers market. A 600 metre stroll takes you to Bay Street's many restaurants, cafes and retail outlets. And just 250 metres away is a safe swimming beach.
Key delivery service:
We employ an external key delivery service to meet you with your keys on your day of arrival. The key handover time is to be booked directly with them at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This service is included in your booking and covers arrivals between 3pm and 6pm. If you are arriving between 6pm and 9pm, an additional after hours fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after 9pm will incur an additional $100 after hours fee and subject to confirmation. Please confirm if you require an after hours check in at the time of booking to confirm if we can organise this for you.
Please note: guests under the age of 24 must travel with a guest of 24 years of age or older. Guests are required to be 24 years of age or older to stay in this property on their own. Guests not conforming to this policy, unless prior approval is given, will result in denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you fall within this age restriction but would love to stay with us.

Nightly rates from:
$180 to $450
Rates based on 4 guests, twin share. Additional guests $40 per person per night.
$100 booking fee, $165 cleaning fee and $60 key delivery fee per stay applies. A pet fee of $40 is charged per fortnight.
Minimum stay from 2 to 5 nights.
A $500 security deposit is deducted from your credit card 7 days prior to arrival and is returned on inspection of the accommodation after departure.
