- Third bedroom has king single bunks (sleeps 2 adults or children).
- Fourth bedroom is separate studio (access via patio) with two extra long single beds that can be joined to create one king sized bed.
Doonas and pillows provided, with mattress and pillow protectors. Linen (sheets, doona covers, towels, bath mats) can be hired at $30 per bed.
Two bathrooms - master ensuite, and one between second and third bedrooms (bath and separate shower).
Sliding glass doors from open-plan family room and kitchen onto spacious patio with outdoor table setting, BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven.
Two lounge areas - one family room with large flat screen LED TV, Blu-ray/DVD/CD player and Bluetooth-enabled receiver and speakers; the other a lounge near the master bedroom, with a separate reading nook looking out to a second courtyard behind the house.
Kitchen features gas stove top and electric oven, and new fridge, microwave, dishwasher, rice cooker, 4-slice toaster as well as modern utensils and cooking equipment.
Separate laundry features large top-loader washing machine and dryer.
Passive solar design, natural ventilation through louvre windows, and the insulating qualities of mud brick mean that Lin House stays cool in summer and warm in winter. For additional comfort, there is a split system air conditioner and wood heater in family room / kitchen / dining area.
